Sicilian NQ is more than a restaurant. It is an independent Manchester business rooted in Sicilian culture, built around hospitality, community, sustainability and conscious choices.
Rooted in Sicily, Reimagined in Manchester
Sicilian NQ was created to bring the warmth, flavours and spirit of Sicily into the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
Over the years, our project has grown into a restaurant, pasticceria, shop and experience space where food, culture and people come together.
Our approach is simple: celebrate Sicilian tradition while building a modern hospitality business that cares about its impact.
Responsible Food Choices
Food is one of the most powerful ways a business can make more responsible choices. At Sicilian NQ, our menu has gradually evolved into a mostly plant-based Sicilian concept.
This is not about losing tradition. It is about highlighting the side of Sicilian cuisine that has always existed: vegetables, legumes, citrus, herbs, pistachio, aubergines, tomato, olive oil and simple seasonal ingredients.

Supporting Causes We Believe In

One of the causes we support is Santuario Sotto la Panca ODV , an animal sanctuary in Sicily dedicated to rescuing and protecting animals who have experienced abandonment, neglect or exploitation.

Sicilian NQ is also home to our Wine & Cocktail School, where we host tasting dinners, cocktail masterclasses, private events and team-building experiences.
These experiences are designed to bring people together, while also allowing us to share a more conscious approach to hospitality through food, storytelling and community.
