Cassatina (110gr) is the small version of cassata siciliana. It's a mono portion and  consists of round sponge cake, layered with sweet ricotta and candied fruit, a filling also used with cannoli. Cassatina has a shell of marzipan that in this case is pistachio and decorative designs. 

Cassatina is rich and beautiful, it can look different for colours and decorations.
