Cassatina  (130 gr) is the small version of cassata siciliana. It's a mono portion and  consists of round sponge cake, layered with sweet ricotta and candied fruit, a filling also used with cannoli. Cassatina has a shell of marzipan that in this case is white. 

Cassatina is rich and beautiful, it can look different for colours and decorations.

This product can be collected anytime because it's always available at the Patisserie.
