Our special homemade Sugo Siciliano is a slow cooked ragu' sauce with a touch of Nero D'avola Wine. Excellent for pasta and gnocchi.
If you visited our restaurant in Manchester City Center it is the sauce we use in our best seller Tagliatella Ragu' Siciliano that you can now recreate at home.
Ingredients: tomato pulp, pork, veal, carrots, celery, onion, Nero d'Avola wine, extra virgin olive oil, tomato paste, sugar, unrefined sea salt, nutmeg, black pepper. (1Kg)
