Caponata Palermitana (vegan)

Caponata (in Sicilian dialect: capunata) is a side dish never miss in a proper Sicilian table, consisting of chopped fried eggplant and other vegetables, seasoned with olive oil, tomato sauce, celery, olives, and capers, in an agrodolce sauce

Ingredients: Aubergines, CELERY, Onion Capers, green olives, tomato sauce, raisins, PINE NUTS, extra virgin olive oil, Wine vinegar, sugar, tomato paste, integral sea salt. (280gr)

Usage: Side dish, cold dish or stir-fried with toasted breadcrumbs
