Sicilian Aubergines Spread (vegan)
Aubergines is one of the most used vegetable in Sicily in famous dishes like parmigiana, pasta norma, caponata and so on.
We use this homemade aubergine spread in house in our restaurant for of street food antipasti like Palermitan Panelle or Sunshine bruschetta. Also ideal to season pasta dishes and main courses.
Ingredients: eggplant, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, basil, oregano, chili flakes (180gr)
It's mild spicy to fit everyone, if you want more spicy please buy LAVA oil or Fueco Meo Oil to use on top of the spread.
