Aperitivo is a core principal of Italian bar culture: an aperitivo is a ritual pre-meal drink.
The tradition is meant “to open” the stomach before dining. Accordingly, for centuries Italians have said cheers – cin cin – over drinks and appetisers in the early evening hours between work and dinner, it is also called "happy hours".

Masterclass will cover a little bit of Aperitivo history and why Italian Aperitivo has taken over the world, it will be accompanied by creation of 2 perfect Italian Aperitivo cocktails for you to taste as well😉

At the bar, our barman and barlady will lead our class for this aperitivo themed masterclass, followed by demonstrations and tastings of the Negroni, Limoncello Bramble and Espresso Martini.
After each of the 2 explanation sections, with careful guidance behind the bar, each ‘trainee’ will make their own concoction to produce a delicious "aperitivo all'italiana".
To wrap up the class, we will let you loose behind the bar for "the grand finale" finishing with a shot of limoncello.

This two hours class is cleverly structured to run through the fundamental styles of cocktail making, while also offering background knowledge on the premium ingredients and, above all, a focus on an interactive, hands-on experience for each participant.
